In 1973, millionaire entrepreneur Millard Fuller and his wife Linda left behind their materialistic lifestyle and crumbling marriage to start over as missionaries in Zaire. On returning to Georgia in 1976, they founded Habitat for Humanity to bring new life to the poverty-stricken.
