Anthony Watkins spent the first 55 years as an "outsider" poet. Now having spent the last 4 years expanding his mind through the academic community of U Penn's ModPo, he reaching further "outside" pulling African and Asian inflections. Nearly 100 poems reflect his first four years on this journey.
