The Business Disc is a sophisticated experiential learning and development simulation that leads students through the steps of planning and managing a small business.  Part I of The Business Disc simulates the first six months of crucial decision making that leads to creating a business plan and forming a company.  Part II simulates the first twelve months of business operation.  Every decision made in Part I figures into later events which occur in Part II.
