The work reflects the current state of the agricultural context of the municipality of Baragu?, as a result of the scarce visualization of local development. The existence of some local innovations and the little communication of the same make that its inhabitants do not perceive their potentialities as opportunities that can be reverted in the solution of their needs and local problems; that is why from these limitations the following scientific problem is formulated: How to insert the System of Local Agricultural Innovation in the territory of Baragu?, whose general objective is to design an action plan from the conceptions of the culture of participation from the insertion of the System of Local Agricultural Innovation in the municipality of Baragu?.
