World Wide Web is a large heterogeneous information resource which includes data and hyperlinks. With the large heterogeneous information resource it is very difficult to find the desired information that matched with user needs and interest. Today all users use the different search engine to get information content over the internet. But search engine return thousands and millions of web pages out of these web pages many web pages are not useful for user. To retrieve the relevant document on the basis of user's query, use different type of algorithms. Page Ranking is also one of the powerful algorithms to retrieve the best relevant documents that also reduce the user's searching time. Web mining tools is used by page ranking algorithm. Web Mining tool is used to classify, cluster and rank the document so user can easily follow the map through the search result and find the required information content. There are two types of mining "Web Structure Mining" and "Web Content Mining".
