This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Innovations for Community Services, I4CS 2022, held in Delft, The Netherlands, in June 2022. The 15 full papers and 5 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 43 submissions. Three invited papers were also included in the volume.
