Waste management is a great challenge throughout the world. There are plenty of waste materials generated from a range of sources. One of the major waste material generated is kitchen waste which usually remain unmanaged resulting into pollution. Biogas technology, a blessing technology which convert such organic waste materials to useful products including fuel and nutrient rich organic manure. Present book highlight some of the research findings which help to encourage sustainable waste management practices.
