In this sweet, thoughtful story, a little boy feels unhappy when he compares himself to his classmates. But he comes to realize there's a lot more to a person than just what they're good at. There are hundreds of things that make you YOU - from being able to touch your nose with your tongue to your love of riding a bike, even if you are a bit wobbly. Just like all the beautiful different pebbles he finds on the beach, each person has something that makes them wonderful. And that's a thing to celebrate. For children who begin to compare themselves to others around them, this is reassuring story will remind them to be happy just being themselves.
