One night, a big storm hits the farm. High winds and rain sweep through the tree where a mother and father owl are caring for their babies. During the storm, the mother owl disappears. The father owl does not know what to do. Can Farmer Samuel and his wife save them? This is a true story about some of the animals on the hundred-year-old farm known as Compassionate Pet Sanctuary. Old farmer Samuel and his wife Cheri live there. They are real, too! Samuel and Cheri Lopez founded Compassionate Pet Sanctuary as a haven for lost, abandoned, and injured animals. Over the years, they have rescued hundreds of dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, owls, goats, geese, and other animals. Farmer Samuel and his wife Cheri have found permanent and loving homes for many of the animals they have rescued. The other animals, of course, will always have nurturing place to live right there on the old farm.
