The book presents the results of the research work carried out in the context of a study for the European Commission on the European Trade Mark system. It consists of an unique analysis of the current European trade mark law followed by proposals for the European legislator to amend the current European Law. Two complete synopses contain the current provisions of European trade mark law and the provisions proposed for a revision of the law.
