Technological change has an impact on every walk of life. This books aims to identify a need for technological study in a service organization to keep track of the technological advancements and adapt accordingly. This study is about the technological advancements and changes taking place and what impact it has on the service industry of Pakistan. This study has identified the need for new department within the organizational setting which aims to better track the technological change and adapt for better service delivery, customer satisfaction and retention.
