'Legal Technology, Attorney Liability and Attorney Risk Management. Lawyer's Liability as a Barrier for Legal Tech Applications?': This work comes to the conclusion that legal technology will not replace lawyers. However, the use of legal technology by lawyers leads to new, neglected questions of legal professional liability. This work is dedicated to these and shows to what extent the risks of professional liability threatening the existence of a lawyer can be avoided through legal liability management. The focus is on the drafting of lawyers' contracts, lawyers' company law and lawyers' professional liability insurance.
