The Clinical Asessment of Skills and Competencies (CASC) exam of the Royal College of Psychiatrists was designed to assess the clinical competencies expected of trainees after 30 months of training. It is the final hurdle to gaining full membership of the College. The intention of this book is to help those pass what can appear a difficult exam and provide the necessary theory.
