This newly created workbook was designed for use by utilities as an aid during self-assessment or self-audit of their distribution system. Each worksheet contains a definition of the topic, and questions and criteria for the assessment. Each topic contains a list of resources that are helpful in further defining the topic or educating utility staff. Worksheets are divided into four topical headings: Water Quality, Operation and Maintenance Programs, Facility Operations and Maintenance, and Management.
